As of 31 December 2024, I am no longer one of the employed masses.
During 50 years of employment, I held many positions — but enjoyed few. From a truck tire re-treader, metal worker, welder, production manager to aerospace engineer, I’ve covered the gambit of positions.
During the last three years I worked as a Technical Sales Specialist for a Contract Metal Manufacturer. Although my main tasks were troubleshooting production issues, I also had to sit in on Sales meetings. I always brought pen and paper for notes. Most of the time (always) I would do a little doodle on my pad. After the meeting I would transfer my notes digitally and cut out the doodle.
Here is my collage of 3 years. It’s called Have a meeting, impress your co-workers.

Congrats Bud! Great way to turn a snore into creative hijinks. Folks, send jpegs and a blurb about your creative outbursts to cagac.ca@gmail.com
Awesome! Good for you, Bud… turning meetings into drawings. I love it. I would have never thought of that during the numerous meetings I attended ahahah. Thanks for sharing.
