Here is my first attempt at using one of my photos with the Fresh Paint app.
The photo is one I took of a painting of an owl I did on a wooden panel to affix on my barn wall.

Just out of curiosity I wanted to see how I could incorporate the photo into a totally different type of “painting”. On the Fresh Paint app there is an option that allows you to download a photo onto a “canvas”. With a bit of manipulation it is possible to adjust the photo to the canvas size of your choosing. After that it is just a matter of deciding which brushes and colours to use around the photo. I am quite pleased with the result and will probably be experimenting further with this process.

Congrats on your trials, Susan. I loved the look of your owl. Looking forward to seeing the panel on your barn too.

I have put the panel away inside the barn for the winter. It suffered some damage and deterioration from being left out during previous winters, so I am salvaging it as much as possible. It will go back outside in the spring and you are very welcome to come and see it then.

I like this, Susan. You are becoming quite manipulative. 🙂
