Photography is often an attempt to represent something real.
Occasionally I try something abstract. Sometimes by modifying something real, sometimes by simply cropping-in so the loss of context makes the object unrecognizable.
Here are five abstracts, one or two of which you can guess. But I expect the rest will leave you puzzled.

#1 Glass container colourized and shaped with liquify tool in Photoshop.
#2 Monarch butterfly colourized and cropped.
#3 Glass jellyfish cropped.
#4 Glass female form colorized and cropped.
#5 Salt crystal macro colorized and cropped.
