I have been working on this Fresh Paint (digital) painting, Flower Garden, on and off for a few weeks now. One can either “mix” the colours on the canvas or on the palette. The canvas can also be “dried”, so the colours stop mixing and more can be added later without any smudging.

I usually just mix them on the canvas, and dry as I go along. However, I wanted to try something different this time so used both methods and did not dry the canvas at all.

It was an interesting experiment. I am happy with this one and have decided it is finished.  I will be exploring this technique more in the future.
