A theme I am currently interested in is cities, seen in green. I play with shapes and various media. Ofen I use the Microsoft Fresh Paint app to try things out, before committing to doing anything on canvas.
The first one is my latest attempt, Green City Fresh Paint.

The second is a small mixed media on canvas that has since been sold, Green City Spring.

The third is Night in the Green City.

This is Apartment and Evergreens Green City.

The fifth is another Fresh paint effort.

Number six, Summer in the Green City, was entered in our Summer theme for July, but I thought I’d throw it in again for context.

The fifth is my favourite. It looks like the green city in a mist. Lovely colours. Ruth

Thank you Ruth. I may very well do that one or one like it in real watercolours on paper one day.

An interesting idea of a topic in a colour. Trying it out in software before going to the canvas is also interesting.

These are quite interesting. I’m thinking they would look very impressive hanging together as a collection – variations on a theme 🙂

Less wasted materials, Milo. And the software trials are easier to correct and manipulate.

Thank you, Susan. I am ,as yet, not able to print out the software versions. Maybe one day……
