On one of my early morning walks at the end of June 2022, I witnessed the change in the atmosphere, how sky and ground meet through water. It is very beautiful to see the fields and everything around you engulfed. I find it comforting, like a hug from a friend or an outpouring of divine love and peace.

This is a two part image and poem art work. I am still working on the second part.

A country road
Swallowed by water drops
Walking along
Without any stops
Disappearing into the air
A long trip with no care
No one around
It is still
Nothing to be found
Just a hill
Embarking on a trek
With just my will
