I took these 2 pics in the woods hiking with a group of girls on the Charlottenburgh Mountain Bike Trails in mid-May, off of the Caber Rd. 

I like how the light caught them. 

And I love trilliums! 

The forest floor was covered with thousands of them like a carpet as we walked along the trails.
