Here is a Senryu, a different form of poem than a Haiku, as Haikus are generally about nature. Both have the same structure, subject matter being the only difference.
My Covid Reaction
Heartsick, I become Withdrawn. Separation is Both worse and better.
Here is an image in the same mood. I did this from a picture taken on a rare vacation. Colour pencil on paper; 8 1/2’ X 11”; “Matane Beach”; 2019. This is actually a receding tide on a rocky beach, photographed looking straight down.
