I recently finished this oil painting of a local scene here in South Lancaster. I took this sunset picture on one of my walks in the summer of 2020 and put it aside. It’s located on an empty lot on Hwy 2 that may be developed in the next few years. Decided it was time to paint it and title it The Lone Pine.
It’s included in the exhibit and sale running March 2nd through April 11th at the Marigold Market in South Lancaster.

Well we went down to see all her great paintings in person and not as jpegs…a beautiful show in a beautiful venue on a beautiful day. What could be bad !

Thanks Bob. Sometimes jpegs don’t do our work justice. Glad you were able to come down.

All art looks better in person rather than on a jpeg. Sometimes the colors don’t look the same as the painting itself. Thanks for coming down to see the exhibition.
