It is always good to remember the basics. Composition is so important. Having said that, I must comment on what a beautiful painting you have posted, Lynne. I love the mood of it.

Thank you, Susan. This was done at a Funky Landscapes workshop. We were supposed to paint quickly and just get it out there and that was a huge, scary challenge for me as I stared down the large white canvas.
