I just finished another oil painting that was inspired by a photo taken this fall by Kat Hebb, a local photographer from Bainsville.
It is a fall scene from Eco Park at the water front in Cornwall. I loved the scene for its beautiful depiction of a serene fall day near the river. Also loved it for the contrasts of light and dark in the picture. I also had a secondhand frame lying around that completed the painting.
(By the way, Kat gave me permission to paint her picture.)
