I have continued my painting over the last few months and have been looking for different ideas to paint.
All of us are dreaming of travel again so I decided to paint something a little more exotic this time instead of local.
Here is my oil paining of a desert scene with a camel, Egyptian vultures and pyramids. This is a mixed medium painting with real beach sand and subtle gold glitter mixed in the oil paint to make the sand look more realistic.
I found the photo on Pixabay a site that has copyright free images & royalty free stock. You are allowed to download the images and use them. I also changed and added to the image. Here is the link: https://pixabay.com/photos
Hopefully our travel dreams will soon come true!
