by Bobi Leutschaft Poitras
I wrote this poem after a walk in the park on April 30th. Everything seemed bleak and hopeless, but history tells us that we can, and do, bounce back from everything… eventually. I hope you enjoy it.

Collectif members, send an image (or a few) of very recent work to cagac.ca@gmail.com with
up to 100 words describing what you did, materials used, inspiration, etc. Maybe share how you’re feeling & how creativity helps. We’d like an informative, inspiring show & tell. Writers, send us poetry, lyrics, a short piece or excerpt.
Good to be reminded that the music is still playing.

I felt just that way in April too, but could not have expressed it as well. I love the glimmer of hope at the end. Things do seem to be improving a bit now, in Canada at least. Let’s hope we can all be sensible and improve it even more.
