Fanfare & trumpets! The Collectif is helping our Township usher in the festive season.

• The 10-foot easel is in front of town hall, Alexandria announcing festive events. Thanks to Hugues Baribeau for his traffic-stopping design/execution & the Township for its enthusiasm.

•  Three festive cut-outs are up & ready for your photo-op, near the parking at Island Park. This is Santa depicted by The Collectif Cut-out elves: Lynne Ayers, Elaine Delves, Flip Flockton, Susan Irving, Jen McDonald, Kerry McIntosh (pictured), Bobi Leutschaft Poitras, Gretchen Reid (honorary), Tina Whitman. The project took 272 woman hours to complete, from concept to design to layout to paint to varnish!

• The Festive Show is up in the Sandfield Centre. Come for the vernissage on Sunday, 1 December right after the Santa Parade, which conveniently ends near the cut-outs & the Festive Show at Sandfield Centre! Verni about 18:30 -20:00. Then there will be fireworks.  Show open Saturdays & Sundays throughout December from 16:00 – 19:00.
